4. Client Responsibilities
Clients shall provide accurate information, complete project requirements, and all necessary materials required for project execution.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, or intellectual property submitted to Maya Multimedia Inc.® are legally owned or appropriately licensed.
Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals may result in revised delivery schedules.
5. Quotations and Payments
All quotations provided by Maya Multimedia Inc. ® are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
Projects commence only after confirmation and receipt of the applicable advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Late payments may result in suspension of on-going services until outstanding amounts are settled.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to designs, software, documents, publications, and creative materials developed by Maya Multimedia Inc.® shall remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Upon complete settlement of all applicable charges, ownership shall be transferred to the client only where expressly agreed in writing.
Maya Multimedia Inc.® reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio unless restricted through a written agreement.
7. Publishing Services
Authors are solely responsible for the originality, legality, and accuracy of submitted manuscripts.
Maya Multimedia Inc.® does not accept responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from client submitted materials.
Publishing timelines may vary depending on editing, approvals, printing schedules, and distribution requirements.
8. Software and Website Development
Project schedules are based upon timely client communication and approval.
Additional features requested after project approval may require revised quotations and extended delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials after project delivery.
9. Printing Services
Minor variations in color, paper texture, finishing, or print alignment are considered standard within commercial printing tolerances.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs before printing commences.
Approved files shall be deemed final and Maya Multimedia Inc.® shall not be responsible for errors identified after production.
10. Limitation of Liability
Maya Multimedia Inc.® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Confidentiality
All client information received during the course of a project shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the client’s written consent.
12. Cancellation
Projects cancelled after commencement may be subject to charges based upon work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Advance payments for work already performed shall not be refundable.
